Water in the vehicle's fuel system leads to the following:

What effect does Castrol Fuel Protect have?
Antioxidants inhibit the oxidation of fuel components in the presence of oxygen, thereby preventing deposits and sedimentation. Corrosion inhibitors coat all components that come into contact with the fuel with a protective film, which protects the fuel system and also the engine. Cleaning components dissolve carbon build-up in the combustion chamber, clogging of the carburettor and sticky deposits in the fuel-injection system. These become detached during storage and are effectively removed when you use your motorcycle again.

How to use:
Undo screw cap on dispensing bottle and squeeze bottle gently to fill the top dispensing chamber. Remove screw cap and tip the Castrol fuel preserver from the top chamber of the bottle into the tank, then refuel. Ride the machine or run the engine until it reaches operating temperature in order to distribute the additives throughout the entire fuel and combustion system. Then switch off engine and do not start it again until you take your motorcycle out of storage.

Dosage:
The 250 ml bottle is sufficient for 50 litres, and the top chamber (25 ml) is sufficient for 5 litres of fuel.
