Permanently elastic and highly adhesive polyurethane-based sealing compound. This product is particularly suitable for highly stressed sealing connections owing to its outstanding thermal, mechanical and chemical resilience.
It is suitable for temperatures between -50°C and 250°C (also outside this range for brief periods). This sealing compound is resistant to a wide range of fluids, including all mineral oils and many synthetic oils, fuels, water and water-antifreeze mixtures.

Instructions for use:

Degrease sealing surfaces. Apply Hylomar to both surfaces. Once the solvent has evaporated (approx. 10 minutes) assemble the components. Retighten screws after 10-15 minutes. For surface-ground components, the sealing compound only needs to be applied to one surface. Refit tube cap tightly after use.

Note: Shelf life is indefinite if stored at room temperature (approx. 18°C) with the tube sealed.
