PROCYCLE Radiator Antifreeze Concentrate is an antifreeze and anti-corrosion agent containing state-of-the-art corrosion inhibitors for car, motorcycle and scooter engines made of aluminium/light metal or grey cast iron. It is suitable for year-round use and satisfies the current requirements of vehicle manufacturers. PROCYCLE radiator antifreeze concentrate is non-foaming, prevents deposits in the cooling system and behaves neutrally towards metals, rubber components and seals. How to use: Topping up the coolant: Allow coolant in the system to cool down, then open the reservoir (taking special care to observe warnings by vehicle manufacturer - danger of scalding!). Mix PROCYCLE radiator antifreeze concentrate with fresh tap water, or even better demineralised water (due to its particularly low lime content), as specified in the mixing table. Pour in coolant. If necessary, check why there was not enough coolant in the system.Changing the coolant: Allow coolant to cool, then drain from the system (taking special care to observe the manufacturer's warnings - danger of scalding!). If you suspect the cooling system is contaminated, clean or flush as necessary. Mix PROCYCLE radiator antifreeze concentrate with fresh tap water, or even better demineralised water (due to its particularly low lime content), as specified in the mixing table. Pour in coolant.
Run the engine and heater (car) up to operating temperature; bleed the cooling system. Important: When bleeding the cooling circuit, always observe the information in the owner's manual and service manual for your vehicle. If the coolant circuit is not bled correctly, the engine may overheat or the heater (car) may malfunction.Specification: ASTM D 3306 (USA), SAE J 1034 (USA), BS6580 (UK), O Norm V5123, AFNOR NF R 15-601 (France), ÖNORM V 5123 (Austria), UNE 26-361 (Spain), CUNA NC 956-16 (Italy).
