Complaints

Should you wish to register a complaint concerning a defective article, you can make use of your conversion rights.
As for that, please also see our GTCTs and our general information concerning return consignments.
The defective article must be sent to us including all attached accessories. Often we can provide you with the respective replacement right away.
In this case you are looking at a handling time of 24h following the reception of the article. If, however, the article has first to be sent to the manufacturer for reclamation , the handling time can be 2-10 days, respectively.
