How to send vouchers
In order to send a voucher, please click on the link „send voucher“ in your shopping cart. We need you to provide us with the following information, before you can actually send the voucher: first and last name of the receiver. The receiver’ valid email-address, the desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit balance). Short message to the receiver. Before sending, please check the provided information. You can correct the given information at any time before sending.

Shopping with vouchers.
As soon as the balance is on your account, you can use it for paying your order. You can encash your balance during the ordering process. In case the balance is lower than the invoice value of goods, you have to chose your preferred method of payment for the balance still to be paid. If your balance is higher than the invoice value of goods, the rest of your balance is available to you for the next order, of course.

Encashing vouchers.
If you have received your voucher via email, you can encash the amount as follows: Click on the link cited in the email. In case you do not have a personal customer account yet, you have the possibility of opening one. After putting a product into your shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code there.
