Privacy policy

We use your inventory data for the sole purpose of your order’s transaction. All customer data are saved and processed according to the relevant regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Remote Services Statute (TDDSG).

You are entitled to receive information or to let your stored data be corrected, blocked or canceled any time and free of charge. Please contact us at help@a-k-f.de or send us your request via mail.

We will not pass any of your personal data including your home address and your email address to any third party without your explicit permission, which can be revoked anytime. This does only exclude our service partners who require the transfer of data to process your order (e.g. our service partner for our sales via eBay, the mail-order firm, the bank that is commissioned with the payment transaction). In these cases the amount of the transferred data is limited to the necessary minimum.

To protect your data administered by us, we apply technical and organizational security measures against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, deletion or access by unauthorized persons.

If you wish to receive notifications by e-mail, you are offered the option to subscribe to it in the purchase transaction. We do not send any spam mails.
