Contents:- 2-channel aluminum cylinder- matching tuning piston with Ø42.00 mm and a piston ring, clips and piston pin- 4x damping rubbers to the cylinder- 2x thrust washers- 1x high performance needle rim- 2x carburettor stud-

with insulating flange gasket, cylinder base gasket and two cylinder head gaskets (1x 0.1 mm; 1x 0.2 mm thick)- matched tuning cylinder head Ø42.00mmadvantages:- lower weight- lower friction between liner and piston ring made of steel- significantly improved heat dissipation-

wear resistance due to heavy-duty nickel silicon carbide coating (Nikasil)- more even thermal expansion between cylinder and piston- higher power output in all areas! - This
means more power overall, higher speeds with less wear and tear and higher stability at the same time. During the development of the RESO-LT60 cylinder, the main focus was on maintaining a wide power range at a high level of performance without reducing the driveability from the "speed cellar". Thus an increase of
the engine power at almost the same speed could be achieved.
Complex test bench runs in comparison with different cylinders and constellations were
carried out several times and the result was unanimous

additional increase in power can be achieved by replacing the carburettor, shortening the original manifold and converting the exhaust system. A VAPE ignition system was used during the tests and the original air filter box was used. The Ø28mm version

The tuning cylinder head is matched to the cylinder.
An
additional exchange is
not necessary.
The single-ring tuning piston with adapted grinding curve has surfaces for the thrust washers and the anti-rotation device (ring joint) is centrally above the
inlet.

Hallo Marek. Zu deiner Frage: Zündzeitpunkt 1,5mm vor OT, bei 16mm Vergaser, originalem Luftfilter und Auspuff: 75-85 Düse. Bei anderem Luftfilter und Auspuff: 80-95 Düse. Bei 20mm Vergaser 110 Düse. Beim Einstellen immer mit der größten Düse beginnen.
