Cylinder kit ZT63N Stage 1


For a long time, there were only very few, more powerful cylinders for the KR51/1. This is due on the one hand to an unfavorable channel guidance, on the other hand, you quickly come up against the thermal load limit, especially with more powerful kits. With only 2 oversize pistons, there were also narrow limits to the longevity of such cast iron cylinders.
The heat sink and the liner are made of a high quality cast aluminum. The liner is coated in a special process, which makes it extremely robust and provides optimum protection against wear.
The thermal conductivity is also significantly higher than a cylinder version with cast iron liner. In addition, heat dissipation is further improved by a blasted, slightly rough surface.
Thus, the 2 core problems could already be eliminated by using new technologies.
The timing and channel cross-sections have been designed for high torque from the rev range and wide power band to harmonize perfectly with the 3 speed transmission. Thus, the drivability from the speed cellar is absolutely identical to our "old tuning cylinders". In addition, however, the power in the middle and upper speed range could be significantly increased, which in the end result allows a power band and power development, which is otherwise unmatched in this class.

Wer ein bisschen mehr Leistung möchte aber trotzdem noch den originalen Look behalten möchte sollte dieses Kit kaufen. Ich habe beim Einbau die Lauffläche vom Kolben und Zylinder bissl eingeölt.
