Cylinder Kit ZT85G Generation 2 - Stage 1


The 2nd generation of the ZT85G represents a completely new development. To achieve a significant improvement over the old variant, all channels (intake, exhaust and overflow) have been significantly revised.
The result is a substantial increase in torque, especially in the lower and medium speed ranges. The usable rpm band is now significantly wider than in the previous version.
The centered cylinder head and the center web in the intake have been adopted from the "big brother" ZT90N GEN2. The centered cylinder head simplifies assembly and ensures the correct position on the cylinder.
During development, particular attention was paid to high torque in the mid-range and to increasing stability.
The latter is helped by the optimized casting process, which on the one hand avoids "settling" of the liner and at the same time maximizes heat dissipation to the aluminum body. Both factors contribute significantly to the increase in durability.

Wichtig man muss den Rumpfmotor auf 54,1mm aufspindeln

Nur Motul 800 oder Addinol Pole Position verwenden, bei 16er Vergaser mit 85er HD anfangen und dann weiter abstimmen, als Zündkerze eine NGK B9HS nehmen und restliche Fahrwerksteile verstärken und vor allem die Kupplung verstärken (5 Lamellen), da das Drehmoment vieles kaputt machen kann!!!
