Sehr gute KW mit unten geführter Pleuelstange. Leider passte bei mein zt 60ccm Kolben der Breite Nadellager nicht rein! Ich musste das normale mit Anlaufscheiben benutzen.

Racing crankshaft 60cc - 70cc


These new racing crankshafts in solid cheek design are currently the best crankshafts for your Simson engine. In the completely newly manufactured crankshaft, many design advantages could be realized compared to a subsequently rebuilt Simson crankshaft. Through the 1 mm wider crank cheeks in each case, the basis for optimal balancing and higher rigidity (stronger press fit) is laid. With the help of the pressed-in aluminum plugs and the lighter connecting rod, the balancing is adapted to ZT-S60 and ZT-S70 pistons. This results in low-vibration engine running, increased rotation and longer bearing life. A high-quality, silver-plated needle bearing (13 mm wide) with silver-plated thrust washers is used for the bottom guided bearing. This eliminates the need for the upper thrust washers in the piston and provides space for a 16 mm wide needle bearing.
