The Reso 2019 was developed by ZT-Tuning to be able to support the widest possible range of engines.
Through an adjustable position of the counter cone, it is possible to adapt the engine characteristics to the respective engine or personal preferences. In addition, the routing has been optimized to avoid grinding or touchdown at high lean angles.
For the 2019 variant, the greatest attention was paid to series optics. Thus, this exhaust does not have any additional welds. The manifold attachment is made by means of a series retaining clamp. Likewise, the overall length of the system is almost standard. In conjunction with the tighter routing, it is possible to continue to use the original bracket without any problems. All these points make it very difficult to distinguish this exhaust from a stock exhaust system.
Note:
110mm mating cone, 140mm mating cone or still AOA3?
The differences are relatively small and strongly dependent on the respective engine and the position of the mating cone.
- The 110 mating cone usually provides a little more peak
power- The 140 mating cone produces a slightly wider power band on most engines-
The AOA 3 produces an even wider power band than the 140 mating cone and is therefore most suitable for everyday use.
Notes
Note for chrome parts:
Chrome-plated parts give the vehicle a noble appearance. However, the chrome parts require extensive care with suitable chrome care products several times a year to ensure a long-lasting shiny appearance. Unsuitable are all sponges and cloths with rough, scratchy surfaces as well as acidic, corrosive cleaners.
Weather-related influences, especially the use of road salt in winter, quickly damage the chrome layer and promote the formation of rust.
We would like to point out that we have to treat such complaints particularly restrictively.
We recommend that motorcycle owners who shy away from the high maintenance effort use vehicle parts made of stainless steel.
