With obtained Crash Approval, a transfer of the Frame Number must be carried out at the Technical Service or Technical Inspection Station for Motor Vehicle Traffic, and the original frame must be rendered unfit for use by an officially recognized Expert (aaS) or a Regional Appraiser (RBE). The inspection report for the replacement frame is accessible by the aaS or RBE. The aaS or RBE makes the final decision on registration on the complete vehicle.
Therefore, a presentation of the vehicle at the technical service or a technical inspection station for motor vehicle traffic is generally necessary!'}
