Product information "ADDINOL Slide lacquer spray universal sliding and release agent - 500ml"
ADDINOL PTFE Slide Lacquer Spray is based on a modified polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder (PTFE), adhesion promoters and solvents.
After drying, it forms a film with an extremely low coefficient of friction and therefore great sliding ability as well as excellent release and anti-adhesive properties
on a completely smooth, grease- or oil-free surface. The sliding film is completely dry and oil-free and therefore shows no affinity for binding dirt particles.
Operating temperature from -70°C to +250°C.
Optimal operating and storage temperature from +10°C to +30°C.
Excellent for use as a universal sliding and release agent.
Particularly suitable for lubricating door hinges, locks, sliding rails (e.g. for car windows), drawers, zippers, vending machines, slides, conveyor belts, packaging machines, certain bearings, seals, cords, ropes and much more.
Handling:
1. Shake the can vigorously before use.
2. Thoroughly clean and dry the surfaces to be treated beforehand. There must be no oil or grease residues on the sliding pairs.
3. Spray from a distance of approx. 15-20 cm and ensure complete wetting.
4. Evaporation time at room temperature: approx. 5 minutes.
After drying, the film can only be removed with the help of acetone and water (to some extent).
