Description
ADDINOL PTFE Bonded Coating Spray is based on a modified polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder (PTFE), adhesion promoters and solvents.
After drying it forms a film with an extremely low coefficient of friction and therefore great sliding properties as well as excellent release and anti-adhesion properties
has a completely smooth, grease- or oil-free surface. The sliding film is completely dry and oil-free and therefore shows no affinity for binding dirt particles.
Application temperature from -70°C to +250°C.
Optimum use and storage temperature from +10°C to +30°C.
Excellent as a general purpose lubricant and release agent.
Particularly suitable for lubricating hinges, locks, running rails (e.g. on car windows), drawers, zippers, automatic machines, slides, conveyor belts, packaging machines, certain bearings, seals, cords, ropes and much more.
Handling:
1. Shake can vigorously before use.
2. Thoroughly clean and dry surfaces to be treated beforehand. There must be no oil or grease residues on the sliding couples.
3. Spray from a distance of approx. 15-20 cm and ensure complete wetting.
4. Flash-off time at room temperature: approx. 5 minutes.
After drying, removal of the film is only possible with the aid of acetone and water (conditionally).
