Returns
It can happen that you want to return something - unfortunately.
To make it as easy as possible for you, simply use the link below.
You will then be taken to our returns portal and can simply log in there with your order number/email/customer number and your invoice number.
There you can then choose the items, the reason and the shipping method for your return.
Please note the following:
If your request needs to be reviewed manually, please give us some time - we do our best to process as many requests as possible. Please note that requests that need to be reviewed can only be processed during our support hours between 08:00 and 16:00.
If you have exceeded the return period of 30 days after receiving your order, you can submit a warranty claim in the returns portal - all easy-peasy.
You ordered via Amazon or eBay? No problem either. That can also be submitted via our portal.
The item(s) you received were wrong, damaged, defective or the price of the item to be returned exceeds 40 EUR within the return period of 30 days. If the return does not qualify for free shipping, we charge 4.95 EUR incl. VAT or you send the item(s) back to us at your own expense.
Exchange, is that possible? Nope. To avoid a long shipping time and unnecessary processes, we will credit you the amount after checking. Just order the desired or alternative item again.
We will inform you as soon as we receive and process your return, please give us up to 14 more days to review and credit it. The credit will also be issued to the same payment method you used to order.
