RESO-LT90 - 2-channel tuning cylinder with 90cm³
Cylinder made of aluminum with Nikasil coating - liner Ø54 mm
Features:
- Designed for crankshafts with standard stroke = 44 mm-
1-ring tuning piston Ø 50.00 mm, ring joint inlet side centered, Surfaces machined for thrust washers-
low friction between liner and steel piston ring-
significantly improved heat dissipation compared to an aluminum/graphite cast pairing-
high wear resistance due to heavy-duty nickel silicon carbide coating-
more uniform thermal expansion between cylinder and piston-
inlet diameter Ø 21 mmThis
means overall more power, higher torque, higher rpm with lower wear and higher durability.
In the development of the RESO-LT90 cylinder, the main focus was on maintaining a wide power band at a strong peak power without reducing drivability from the "low" rpm range. We were thus able to achieve an increase in engine power at almost the same rpm and are proud to present this result to you.
Elaborate dyno runs comparing different cylinders and constellations were performed several times and the result was unanimous

tuning cylinder head included in the set is matched to the cylinder, no additional replacement is provided.
With the inlet diameter of Ø21mm, the cylinder is designed for use with the BVF racing carburetor 21N1!
Assembly note:
The engine housing must be spindled out to Ø54.2mm so that this cylinder can be mounted!
The manufacturer recommends the use of a high quality two-stroke oil, such as Addinol Pole Position 2T.
