Cylinder Kit ZT60N Stage 1
The new cylinder kits for the Simson S51 - S70 reflect the latest state of development. A very elaborate exhaust design with 2 additional secondary exhausts makes it possible to combine extremely good drivability with high performance at the same time. The result is a top performance and bandwidth, which again significantly raises the bar in the tuning field.
The coated & finely blasted aluminum cylinder dissipates heat much better than a comparable cast iron cylinder. As a result, the engine runs thermally more stable and hardly reduces power even during longer full-throttle runs.
The internally centered cylinder head allows for simplified installation and also ensures that the combustion pressure does not act directly on the sealing edge, which prevents leaks.
The cylinder kit can also be run with Ø16mm carburetor. However, we strongly recommend carburetors with Ø19mm for best drivability and performance.
