The LTP-A pistons are completely redesigned and optimized in all points directly for Simson cylinders.

designed the LTP-A pistons from scratch itself.
Usually in the Simson market, only the external geometry such as length, diameter, etc. are submitted to the manufacturer and the manufacturer makes a piston mold. These molds usually have a high material thickness and thus the piston is correspondingly heavy.
Langtuning goes new ways with the construction of the LTP-A pistons.
This is of course much more complex and requires appropriate experience.
But as a result, the piston weight is on average 10% lower than usual pistons in the quality price segment and about 20% lower than inexpensive series pistons.
At the same time, depending on the size, the pistons could be reinforced by an appropriate strut design, so that they are not only lighter, but also more stable.
The LTP-A pistons are optimized for slotted Simson cylinders. Due to an extra wide intake skirt, very wide intake ports for tuning cylinders are also possible. At the same time, the LTP-A pistons are also suitable for series cylinders and can be used without any problems. The piston windows are placed so that there is no short circuit with the inlet or secondary outlets.
