ZT Tuning Performance clutch plate suitable for Simson engine M531 - M741
To further optimize original or reinforced clutch packs, we have developed a special front clutch plate.
This has the following advantages over the original / replica part:
flat contact surface for the friction lining and clutch pressure plate (replica plates are often 1 mm warped)
300% larger contact surface for the friction lining (in the replica plate, the friction lining lies only on a 3 - 4 mm wide ring)
Increase in the transmissible torque of the clutch pack by approx. 30%no
pulling out of the threaded bushings (higher strength, manufacturing from one piece)
better separation behavior + dosability of the clutchbetter
axial guidance of the clutch platemanufactured
from tool steel & hardened + burnished for long durabilityMadein
