Note:
- gasoline and brake cleaner should be wiped off promptly to avoid any dull spots
- the cover should be tightened carefully and evenly on the engine case
Important assembly note:
Use a maximum of 1.6mm disk spring and 5 disk clutch!
A thicker disc spring or more discs will damage the abutment for the clutch cable!
To fix the bearing piece for the speedometer cable with the notched nail, it is necessary to mount the bearing piece and then pre-drill with a 3mmdrill.
Only then can the notched nail be driven in.
Otherwise there is a risk that the cover will tear.
Do not place the overflow hose from the carburetor over the cap and remove fuel residues on the engine block immediately to prevent the cap from becoming milky.
