function:
Will be exchanged for the conventional starter piston including housing. Choke opens by pulling up and locks itself by twisting slightly. Once the cold start is complete, the choke/head is pulled/raised slightly and turned to the side. The internal spring springs the starter piston back into the groove and closes the choke.
