function:
Is replaced with the conventional starter piston including housing. Choke opens by pulling up and locks itself by twisting slightly. Once the cold start is complete, the choke/head is pulled/raised slightly and turned to the side. Due to the internal spring, the starter piston jumps back into the groove and closes the choke.
