Mit etwas Spüli+Wasser und mithilfe eines Schraubstockes gelingt der EInbau um einiges leichter.

I found fitting the bushes was a little tricky. what I did was found something tapered slightly larger than the inner sleeve outer diameter, then once the bush was correctly positioned in the swing arm I supported the bush so it could not move once pressure was applied. Once content with the position I placed the tapered item in one end of the bush with the sleeve placed directly on top. Then I pressed the sleeve and taper combination through the rubber bush so that the taper allowed an easy transition for the sleeve. I also used lubricant for the taper piece. the tapered item I used was a vehicle ball joint from a steering joint modified for this job.
