Der Befestigungsbolzen sollte möglichst kein Spiel in der Bohrung des Hebels haben, sonst wackelt es. Gibt beim Fahren sicherlich kein tolles Gefühl. Ansonsten gibt es Mittel und Wege, das Spiel auszugleichen. Des Weiteren hilft Fett auf dem Bolzen ungemein, die Leichtgängigkeit zu erhöhen.

Wenn man etwas fett and die Bolzen für die Hebel macht gehen diese leichter zu ziehen.

Der Hebel hat allerdings zu viel Spiel in der Aufnahme und sollte leider mit sehr dünnen Scheiben (0,2/0,3mm) ausgeglichen werden. Soll aber bei allen Alu-Hebeln so sein.

Besser auf Alu umsteigen, bevor es zu spät ist und man mal richtig die Bremse ziehen muss. Für mich auf wichtig für meinen Umbau auf außenliegenden Bremshebel vorn.

Auch sicherheitstechnisch ein plus. Die Aluhebel verbiegen sich nicht so stark wie die Kunststoffhebel. Somit kann deutlich mehr Bremskraft erzeugt werden.
