Tuning cylinder kit ZT90N Generation 2 - Stage1
The 2nd generation of the ZT90N represents a completely new development. To achieve a significant improvement over the old variant, all channels (intake, exhaust and overflow) have been significantly revised. The internally centered cylinder head and the 3 split exhaust (small main exhaust with 2 secondary exhausts), have already proven successful on ZT51N, ZT60N and ZT70N and have also been implemented on the new ZT90N GEN2.
During development, special attention was paid to high torque in the medium speed range and to increasing stability.
The internally centered cylinder head avoids assembly errors and keeps explosion forces away from the liner collar.
This prevents damage to the coating and ensures absolute tightness between head and cylinder.
A web in the inlet, in conjunction with the small main outlet and the piston skirt length of 49mm, significantly reduces piston rocker.
These measures have significantly improved the service life of the piston and the longevity of the cylinder kit.
