Swing lever is designed for 5Gang Schaltwalzen or replica 3 or. 4Gang Schaltwalzen designed.
When used on 3 or 4 speed DDR shift rollers, the groove must be checked before purchase.
Partly the milled grooves are under 8mm and thus the swing lever can not be mounted. For this purpose, a replica shift drum can be used, these have a groove width of about 8.1mm.

Check shift drum bolts!
DDR shift drum bolts vary in dimensions and can therefore have more than 15.0mm in diameter at the bearing point. The shifting roller bolt must not exceed 15.0mm, if necessary use replica shifting roller bolt or shifting roller bolt screwed.

Der Schaltwalzenbolzen geht sehr straff ins Motorengehäuse. Wenn man keine vernünftige Presse oder Schraubstock hat, am besten vom Fachmann einsetzen lassen, damit das Gehäuse keinen Schaden nimmt. Ich habe den Bolzen vor der Montage in den Gefrierschrank gelegt und das Motorgehäuse ordentlich erwärmt.
