ZTX 130 cylinder kit Our most complex tuning project to date has developed a large number of new parts to offer an extremely powerful and durable cylinder for the Simson. This cylinder is our completely newly cast ZTX130 cylinder. This has a large membrane inlet with side inlets directly into the overflow channels, a 6 channel flush with a modern channel layout, and a large main outlet with auxiliary outlets. Out of the box, this cylinder already reaches 35 hp. A flow-optimized, CNC-machined cylinder head ensures optimal cooling, which also has threads on the back for additional frame attachment. The intake manifold specially developed for the cylinder kit ensures a high gas throughput, while at the same time optimal and adjustable position of the carburetor on the vehicle. In order to be able to drive this air-greed engine with a heart box, there is a special conversion with a large noise absorber and a flow-optimized intake funnel to the carburetor. Finally, the ZTX130 racing exhaust provides a very wide high-torque power band. In the future, this will also be available in stainless steel and titanium versions. Attention! This cylinder has about 10 times the power of an original engine and is only intended for professionals with racing experience! This must not be installed in an original Simson chassis, as this cannot withstand the high torque. For the use of this cylinder, experience with powerful two-stroke engines and the associated tuning and maintenance work is absolutely necessary! Scope of delivery: - ZTX 130 cylinder black with ZT forged piston - CNC cylinder head silver - cylinder base gasket 0.2mm, 0.5mm - cylinder head gasket 0.5mm - 2x stud M8 for outlet power values with Air filter box: approx. 35hp at 10500rpm; approx. 24nm
