"Full Diamond" grip system - Color: Red / Gray - For quick throttle grip - Easy assembly, no adhesive or safety wire needed - Slim outer diameter (approx. 28 mm) to prevent arm pumps and hand fatigue - The exclusive "window core" design allows More upholstery in the critical areas of the palm and fingers - Dual compound core technology for comfort and grip - CNC machined collet with 4mm bolt to avoid slipping With the latest grip technology and molding technology, the ProTaper offers Lock-On Grip System the comfort and control of conventional handles with the added benefit of a quick, effortless installation. This technique eliminates the need for adhesive and safety wire and ensures durable, non-slip performance. ProTaper's exclusive, super slim window core on the clutch side not only minimizes the outer handle diameter, but also provides critical relief areas for the palm and fingertips. The result is increased shock and vibration damping over competing full core designs, resulting in significantly improved driving comfort and better control. The handle surface uses a particularly supple sticky joint that is seamlessly shaped to the inner core. This provides maximum comfort and traction and relieves blistering. A firmer connection is used in the flange and end cap areas to withstand lintel damage and reduce wear.
