Imprint Aid Frame Number - for Simson S50, S51, S70 - Tool for precise imprinting of the frame number in the steering head tube - robust construction made of 3D printing material (PETG) - specifically designed for Simson main frames (replacement frames) - can also be used generally on tubes - for imprint heights of 5mm - application directly on the vehicle possible, fork guidance does not need to be disassembled - with spacing markings, ensuring even number spacing - easy application - guiding width of the digits 7x7mm (external dimension of the punch) Application: - Place imprint aid at the desired position (arrow pointing up) - Fix with cable ties, optimal hold with clamping device - Position the first digit at the marking and strike - Continue until all numbers are imprinted in the steering tube Tip: - Check the fit of the digits before use, if necessary deburr the punches, variation depending on the manufacturer - Practice on the frame before use, determine striking force for optimal results, re-striking is not recommended Note: Please clarify your project in advance with a testing engineer! The transfer of frame numbers is exclusively reserved for officially recognized experts! You can provide this tool to him to achieve a clean imprint on your new frame. Typically, the replacement of the frame is documented in the vehicle papers, and the old frame number is rendered unrecognizable, or the old frame is scrapped.

- Benutzt zum fixieren klemmzangen und keine Kabelbinder da das Risiko sehr hoch ist das es verrutscht

Die Einschlaghilfe Funktioniert sehr gut, vor dem kauf bitte darauf achten das man die passenden Schlagzahlen dazu hat die auch in die Schlaghilfe passen, sonst kann ich es weiterempfehlen!
