AKF Rating Guidelines for Product Reviews
AKF Product Reviews (As of: 30.05.2024)
You have the opportunity to rate your purchased products. We appreciate your constructive feedback. Only in this way can we continue to optimize and expand our offerings.
The type of feedback, whether positive or critical, has no impact on the points you receive once your review is approved. To ensure the quality and usefulness of the reviews, please follow our notes & guidelines.Do you have questions? Contact us via Support Ticket or by email at info[at]a-k-f.de.
1. General
- Reviews are possible for items purchased from the online shop www.akf-shop.de or in the AKF app within the last 90 days.
- Items can only be reviewed once. (Exception: More than a year has passed between purchases)
- Free items cannot be reviewed
2. How to Review Correctly
- Login to the customer account
- Go to the "Reviews" tab
- Select the product by clicking the "Review Now" button
- Create & submit your review
You can choose between:
Short Review
Give 1-5 stars for various features and submit. That's it!
Detailed Review (Stars + Text)
- Required: Give 1-5 stars for various features.
- Required: Provide a headline & feedback in text form.
- Optional: Specify model, provide tips, upload up to 3 images
Note:
Once submitted, your review cannot be edited. By submitting, you agree that it may be edited (spelling, grammar). The informational and factual content remains unchanged.
Don't feel like reviewing? Just delete the item from the list (trash icon).
3. Guidelines Violations - What You Should Avoid
The following can lead to rejection:

| Lack of product reference |
Text is applicable to any random product. Only service & delivery are mentioned, but not the product itself. Text stating that no opinion is currently possible is not helpful. |
| Copy & Paste | Text is used partially or entirely 1 to 1 for multiple products. |
| Identical Text | The text in the headline & feedback and/or feedback & tips is exactly the same. |
| Star & Text Contradiction | For example, 1 star, but the text says you're very satisfied. The opposite applies as well. |
| Text Too Short | Texts like "fits", "S51", "Everything's great", "quick delivery", etc., are not sufficient. |
| Images | Images violate guidelines. All images are rejected if even one violates the guidelines. |
| False Claims | Claims that are not true or that violate applicable law. |
| Many Errors | Poor spelling, text hard to understand. |
| Review Copies | The review text of another user was copied and submitted as your own. Copying your own earlier reviews and resubmitting is also not allowed. |
If violations of the guidelines are discovered at a later time, we reserve the right to reject already approved reviews retroactively. In this case, credited points will be deducted again. If violations occur repeatedly, this may result in exclusion from the review system.
Netiquette: Vulgar, obscene, offensive, racist, inappropriate, and violent statements are strictly prohibited. Mentioning other websites, shops, marketplaces, apps, platforms by name is not allowed and will be removed.

Rejected
Unfortunately, it didn't work out. Reason? It will be shown to you.
5. Bonus Points Amount & Credit
Bonus Points Amount
The calculation is made individually per product. The maximum possible number of points will be displayed directly in the review list for the product. The actual amount can vary depending on the scope (short or long review, including or excluding optional parts).
Bonus Points Credit
The credit is made after your review is approved. It doesn't matter if you give a positive or negative review. No bonus points are credited for rejected reviews.

There is no legal claim to the credit of bonus points. The privacy policy of AKF Fahrzeugteile GmbH applies.
