Product information "Race Ignition RCT Ignition Delta 25 M40 - for MZ ES/TS125/150/250"
Race Ignition RZT Ignition Delta 25 M40 - for MZ ES/TS125/150/250 - Digital Race Ignition with Pre-Programmed Ignition Curves- All RZT Ignition Curves in a Single ECU which at the touch of a button can be selected - ideal if several engines are available or it is not clear exactly which ignition curve brings the optimal performance. The M40 has the following ignition curves and functions: - 5 near-series ignition curves 4.1 to 8.1 have a moderate, linear late adjustment from the specified speed and are suitable for all original and tame machined engines (without resonance exhaust). - 13 sporty ignition curves 50.4 to 110.4 for more powerfully tuned engines in everyday use. It is not without reason that most of the ignition curves are reserved for this core area of our delta ignition. The speed range is close together and more progressively designed by the adjustment curve in order to be able to use the temperature shift of a resonance exhaust even more effectively. This makes every tuning motor more broadband and still runs thermally healthier. These curves adjust by 9° within 2000 rpm, ideal for air-cooled two-stroke engines that do not tolerate significantly more than 20° preignition for thermal reasons. - 2 curves 4T1 and 4T2 are pure 4-stroke ignition curves for AWO etc. - 9 ignition curves 9000.1 to 13000.1 have an adjustment of 18° over a range of 4500 rpm, these are ideal for racing tuning engines (with constantly changing speeds) or more thermally stable engines that can also permanently tolerate up to 25° early ignition. - 11 ignition curves 9000.2 to 14000.2 have an adjustment of 24° over a range of 4500 rpm, ideal for pure racing engines (with constantly changing speeds) for all ignition curves The speed dynamics are revised again to use 2° more pre-ignition, especially in the lower gears with high acceleration values, compared to load conditions with static speed. - At switch position 2, the M40 has an ignition angle correction of -2° on channel 1 (on this channel, every pre-selected ignition curve is 2° more tame, so it can be tested even faster which ignition curve fits the engine better or you have the option of the ignition angle for the first time 11 pre-programmable soft-limiters with operating speed between 4000 and 9000 rpm on the other channels are available on the handlebars while driving (the engine has about 30-50% less power from its activation, but it turns further), as well as 18 pre-programmed hard limiters with operating speed 5000 to 13500 rpm (the motor is turning no further from its activation), this function can also be used as a pit limiter or launch control. Switch position 3, the M40 on channel 1 has an ignition angle correction of +2° (on this channel, each pre-selected ignition curve is 2° more aggressive, so it is even faster to test which ignition curve fits the engine better or you have the option of the ignition angle directly for the first time change on the handlebars while driving. On the other channels is a signal output where a 12V control signal (up to 2A power) can be output. This signal output is intended by us as a switchable PowerJet, but can also be used as a switching flash or for controlling an outlet control. The signal only comes during 1000 rpm (adjustable between 5000 rpm and 13500 rpm for an adjustable power jet to avoid emaciation in the torque peak range) or permanently above a speed of 5000 rpm up to 13500 rpm. In order to use the signal output on earlier DELTA21, an additional cable must be installed in the plug to the ECU (supplied with individually ordered ECU). - Single-structured stator, only one power supply circuit - External pickup sensor, which provides a clear signal for a digital ECU - Designed for tuning motors up to approx. 15,000 rpm - ready for assembly incl. plugs, etc. - Light output for H4 Lighting + secondary consumer - with DC controller 12V/90W/7.5A - 12V threshold is already exceeded with 70W consumers at approx. 4000 rpm - Rotor: diameter 77mm, weight 640g (130g lighter than a vape rotor), sturdy steel cage inside - mass inertia about 50% less to one vape, and up to 70% less than series - improved lower-range charging performance, approx. +50% for Delta 21 Scope of delivery Ignition set RZT consisting of: - Stator - Rotor - 12V/100W DC controller - M40 ECU - Ignition coil - Mounting plate Note: A left-threaded puller is required for the RZT Delta
