Set: Fastener for Side Cover / Star Nut, Long Bolt
- Fastener for both Side Covers
- Two Star Nuts should be used as accessories
- No more defective threads
- M6 Thread
- Bolt Length approx. 240mm
Assembly:
- Remove the left and right Side Covers, dismantle the lock and latch.
- Then drill a 6.5mm hole at the position where the Side Covers are normally attached, through the Heart Box.
- Insert the threaded bolt through the Heart Box and align it so that when the Side Cover is mounted, there is enough thread outside for the Star Nuts.
- Then remove the Side Cover again and tighten the nuts on both sides against the Heart Box simultaneously.
Note:
We recommend securing the nuts with a medium-strength threadlocker on the threaded rod. Please note: Due to the conversion, the Heart Box is accessible to third parties – the lock function is eliminated.
