Die Bauteile passen einwandfrei, würde bei mir in Verbindung mit dem ZT-Tuning 5Gang Getriebe verbaut. Sehr Empfehlenswert

Set: Gearshift optimization

Bolt for shift drum screwed
- easy installation of the shift drum
- easy adjustment of the axial play of the shift drum
- improves shifting behavior
- perfect for racing applications
- retaining ring 12x1 DIN 471 is not required
- securing the shift drum is done by screwing with a rosette disc
- pressed and screwed into the left engine half
- engine must be opened for installation
Swivel lever optimized
- Swivel lever optimized for shifting
- reduced play between shift drum and swivel lever
- better adjustability and shifting accuracy
- pin on the swivel lever is turned down and a bushing has been pressed on
- additional screw securing was used for safety
- pin has an exact outer dimension of 8.00mm due to the bushing, hardened and ground
Note:
Swivel lever is designed for 5-speed shift drums or replica 3 or 4-speed shift drums.
When using with 3 or 4-speed DDR shift drums, the groove must be checked before purchase.
Partially, the milled grooves are under 8mm and thus the swivel lever cannot be mounted. A replica shift drum can be used for this purpose, which has a groove width of approximately 8.1mm.

The needle bearing is adapted for 5-speed shift drums from MZA. When used in other shift drums, such as 4-speed DDR, adjustments may be necessary.

DDR shift drum bolts vary in dimensions and can therefore have a diameter of over 15.0mm at the bearing point. The shift drum bolt must not exceed 15.0mm, if necessary use replica shift drum bolts or bolted shift drum bolts.

gute Alternative für schlecht einstellbare Schaltung
Habe die Schaltungsoptimierung bei einem Kundenmotor verbaut welcher über eine sehr schlechte Schaltung klagte. Bei dieser sprang immerwieder der Sicherungring von der Welle auch nach mehrmaligen erneuern sodass wir auf die verschraubte und gelagerte Variante zurückgegriffen haben. Leider ist die Variante für die originale Schnecke ohne maschinelle Bearbeitung nicht geeignet. Diese muss vorher auf das passende Maß aufgedreht und die Nut in der Breite auch nachbearbeitet werden.

Set Schaltungsoptimierung
Ich kann das Set nur jedem empfehlen der seinen Motor neu macht . Es ist wirklich easy zu montieren und ein unterschied wie Tag und Nacht beim schalten. Hätte ich vorher nie gedacht aber es ist 100%ig . Ein ganz anderes Fahrgefühl . Bei der nächsten Regenerierung von einem Motor kaufe ich es mir aufjedenfall wieder.

sehr guter artikel, jedoch ist der schwenkhebel von zt meiner mng nach bei leistungsstarken motoren empfehlenswerter. bei 50/60ccm reicht das jedoch aus. einfache montage und passt top

s50 mit m541 rumpf, wer n bisschen länger mit seinem moped fahren möchte, sollte auch dezent tiefer in die tasche greifen, hier eine sehr gute schaltoptimierung, die gänge gehen perfekt rein
