Sport Air Filter - Top solution for a discreet sport air filter - precise fit on the housing middle section, ensuring no unfiltered air enters the combustion chamber - no modifications or tinkering needed on the housing middle section - the filter is designed so that nothing obstructs the airflow - sufficient air passage for carburetors up to 30mm diameter - more surface area than any round-shaped air filter (FILU or various custom builds) - carrier plate made of stainless steel - easy cleaning with water or compressed air - simple installation, just replace the stock air filter's retaining plate Note: Use filter oil before first use and after cleaning. Adjustments to the carburetor may be necessary due to changes in air supply. For use on S53 and S83 with plastic side covers, the metal tab must be removed. The first DDR original heart-shaped boxes have an additional tab in the upper left corner. This must be sanded down, or a modern replica heart-shaped box must be used.
