ZTX 130 Cylinder Kit
Our most elaborate tuning project to date has involved developing a variety of New Parts to offer an extremely powerful and, with proper handling, also durable Cylinder for the Simson.
This Cylinder is our completely newly cast ZTX130 Cylinder. It features a large Membrane Intake with side inlets directly into the Over-Flow Channels, a 6-Channel Flushing with modern Channel Layout, as well as a large Main Outlet with Side Outlets.
Out of the Box, this Cylinder already achieves 35 HP.
For optimal Cooling, a flow-optimized, CNC-milled Cylinder Head is used, which also has Threads on the back for additional Frame Reinforcement.
The specially developed Intake Manifold for the Cylinder Kit ensures high Gas Throughput, with an optimal and adjustable position of the Carburetor on the Vehicle. To enable this air-hungry Motor to also run with a Heart Box, there is a special Conversion with a large Silencer and flow-optimized Intake Tracts to the Carburetor.
Finally, the ZTX130 Race Exhaust provides a very broad Power Band with high Torque. This will also be available in Stainless Steel and Titanium versions in the future.
Attention! This Cylinder has approximately 10 times the Power of an Original Motor and is intended only for Professionals with Racing Experience! It must not be installed in an original Simson chassis, as it cannot withstand the high Torque. Using this Cylinder requires experience with high-performance Two-Stroke Engines and the associated Tuning and Maintenance Work!
