AKF Donation Guidelines for Points Campaigns

Donating bonus points

All customers who participate in the AKF bonus points program can donate.

1. You can donate bonus points earned through purchases, item reviews and other actions. The current balance can be seen in the customer account.
2. The monetary value of the donated bonus points goes 100 percent to the selected organization (100 points equal 1 Euro)
3. The current organizations that can be donated to are listed in the customer account under "Bonus points account" -> "Current donation campaigns "4
. Only whole points can be donated, minimum 1 bonus point5
. You can freely distribute the bonus points you want to donate among the specified organizations6
. The number of bonus points donated so far will be displayed in the respective campaign7
. A reversal of donated bonus points is not possible8
. Only bonus points can be donated, monetary donations are not possible9
. The donation is transferred to the respective organization either at the end of the fundraising campaign or, in the case of long-term campaigns, every six months or when the specified minimum number of points is reached.
10. Donation receipts for the donation of bonus points will not be issued.
