Ball bearing "Dummy" 6204 - for motor M500/M700 - for determining the crankshaft shims - allows for easier adjustment of the axial play - simulates the ball bearing 6204 with minimal undersize - no heating of the housing necessary - Material: Aluminum, Black Anodized Note: Beyond the leveling of crankshafts, the dummy is an ideal tool for measuring timing or also for checking the control angles of the crankshaft (rotary slide inlet) and cylinder (outlet angle, overcurrent angle). Before or during complex conversion or milling work on the motor housing, the expensive components can be assembled and disassembled again in a very short time without damage.
Notes:
- Due to changing batches of raw material, a 100% colour match cannot always be guaranteed during anodising. Different colour nuances may occur. Only clean anodised parts with suitable care products! Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as this can damage the surface.

Die Dummys passen wirklich haargenau in die Lagersitze der Kurbelwelle. Allerdings sind die Bohrungen für die Kurbelwellenzapfen etwas zu eng. Ich musste hier die schwarze Beschichtung, auf der Innenseite der Dummys, weg schleifen. Dann passten die Dummys sehr gut und man konnte die Kurbelwelle sehr einfach im Gehäuse vermitteln. Die Verarbeitung der Dummys wirkt hochwertig. Der Preis ist angemessen.
- Meine Tipps
- Für die Einmessung der Kurbelwelle unbedingt eine Motormitteldichtung verwenden, die auch später in dieser Stärke verwendet wird.
