Remove loose rust, wipe away rust dust/corrosive particles with a lint-free damp cloth (alternatively with Wipe the dustbin cloth or blow away the compressor.) Clean the greasy surface with acetone. (no silicone remover or nitro thinner) 2. Shake brunox epoxy epoxy vigorously and apply 2x at a distance of approx. 25 cm. Check for complete drying. (Hard fingernail) No washing required! 3. Then sand dry with 400 sandpaper. (Remove gloss only) For further treatment, cut to the converted pore grate. If necessary, dents and unevenness. Apply Brunox 1-K filler across the board, spray several thin layers, spray spacing approx. 25cm. Apply the finishing coat directly after subsequent intermediate sanding.
