CNC Inner Clutch Lever OTJ - for SIMSON engines of the M500/M700 series - fully needle-bearing - with oil sealed oil and water-protected - CNC - MATERIAL AXIS: EVENT STEEL Vacuum hardened to approx. 58-62HRC - Material Lever: Aluminum, EN AW 7075 - Extremely durable and low maintenance - No-play - No conversion of the engine required - Original spring is retained - Color lever: black, anodised - Made in Germany - Manufactured and assembled in Freital - A make of the company OTJ Präzisionstechnik Note: The bore of the replica engine housing can be partially undersized. A rework for the lower needle bearing (10mm) and also for the upper needle bearing (15mm) may be necessary.

CNC innerer Kupplungshebel OTJ
ich verbaue nur diese weil die Hebel durchdacht sind , 2 Nadelkränze hat und mit einem Wellendichtring verbaut wird und es kommt kein Öl aus dem Moitor raus. Der Hebel geht extrem leicht gängig und das Kupplungsgefühl ist der Wahnsinn ( 'o') (Vorraus gesetzt die Passung ist in Ordnung, es gibt aber zur Not auch Übermassdichtringe )

- Nadelhülse und Wellendichtring schön fetten beim verbauen

Defekt nach kürzester Laufzeit
Ansich eine geniale Erfindung aber leider unbrauchbar / schlechte Qualität. Leider nach mehrmaligem ziehen der Kupplung im Bereich der Druckstange gebrochen.
