Product information "Horn 6V with chrome holder - for Simson S50, S51, S70"
Horn 6V - Chrome-plated - Fastening to the middle of the housing - for mounting on the air filter box - incl. holder Note: The signal horn is preset from the factory and usually no longer needs to be adjusted. However, it can happen that you have to readjust the horn to adjust the pitch and volume. This adjustment is made using the lower adjusting screw between the two contact shoes. To do this, the signal horn must be operated at the same time. It is important to ensure that the lower adjustment screw is not pressed through the membrane, as this will damage it. Please do not work beyond the noticeable resistance, otherwise there will be a total failure. Please then again counter the adjustment screw to accept the settings.
Notes:
- Chrome-plated parts give the vehicle a sophisticated look. However, the chrome parts require extensive care with suitable chrome care products several times a year to ensure a lasting shiny appearance. All sponges and cloths with a rough, scratchy surface and acidic, corrosive cleaners are unsuitable.
Weather-related influences, especially the use of road salt in winter, quickly damage the chrome layer and promote rust formation.
We would like to point out that we have to handle such complaints particularly restrictively.
We recommend the use of stainless steel vehicle parts for motorbike owners who shy away from the high maintenance effort.

Stylische Hupe
Die Hupe sieht super aus in der Chrom-Optik. Leider ist sie noch etwas leise, liegt aber nicht am Produkt sondern an meiner Batterie. Empfehelnswert!

Sieht richtig gut aus und macht ein schön klang, einfache Montage durch die Halterung. Falls kein Loch im herzkasten vorhanden ist. Dann einfach bohren und fertig.

Gute Hupe für 6 VOLT
Da meine originale nicht mehr zu retten war, hab ich mich für diese entschieden als 6v Variante, kann locker mit der Lautstärke der originalen mithalten, das Chrom sieht auch gut aus und bei dem Preis kann man auch nicht meckern.

Die Hupe macht einen hochwertig verarbeiteten Eindruck. Die Beschichtung ist gleichmäßig und ohne Fehler. Anbauen und anschließen und die Hupe funktionierte direkt, plug&play. So soll es sein. Der Preis ist super. Einen Kauf kann ich empfehlen.

Passt gut zur S50/51
Optisch ansprechend. Die optimale Klangeinstellung über das M3 Schräubchen + Kontermutter ist etwas Nervenaufreibend. Wenn die richtige Stellung gefunden ist, dann macht sie auch einen schönen Moped typischen Krach.
