Length, diameter, etc. transmitted to the manufacturer and the manufacturer produces a piston shape. These shapes usually have a high material thickness and the piston is therefore correspondingly heavy. Langtuning is breaking new ground with the construction of the LTP-A pistons. This is of course much more complex and requires appropriate experience. However, this means that the piston weight is an average of 10% lower than usual pistons in the quality price segment and around 20% lower than the cheap standard pistons. At the same time, the pistons could be reinforced with an appropriate strut design, depending on their size, so that they are not only lighter, but also more stable. The LTP-A pistons are optimized for slot-controlled Simson cylinders. Thanks to an extra wide inlet shirt, very wide inlet channels for tuning cylinders are also possible. At the same time, the LTP-A pistons are also suitable for standard cylinders and can be used without any problems. The piston windows are positioned in such a way that there is no short-circuit with the inlet or side outlets.

Diese Kolben sind zwar Maßhaltig gut gefertigt und ordentlich Verarbeitet aber haben große Probleme mit den Kolbenringen.

Optimal für den Alltag
Der Kolben ist wie von Langtuning gewohnt sehr schön durchdacht, dünne wandstärken durch gute Verstrebungen und die für den Simsonmarkt „Innovation“ mit dem seitlichen Fenster. Das Fenster habe ich persönlich nochmal nachträglich mit einer Cuttermesser Klinge entgratet, sonst gab es nicht zu beanstanden, läuft schön. Abgesehen von dem nachgewiesenen kleinen Leistungsvorteil (siehe Youtube -> Co2 Radtechnik).

Sehr guter Kolbe
Der Kolben ist sehr gut verarbeitet und die Kolbenringe lassen sich ebenfalls sehr gut montieren. Der Kolben läuft sehr gut und macht keine Probleme. Er ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Bester Kolben
Echt ein klasse Kolben. Die Verarbeitung ist echt tadellos. Die Kolbenringe lassen sich gut montieren. Nur die C-Clips lassen sich etwas fummelig einsetzen. Aber dafür gibt es auch ein Spezialwerkzeug!

Bin absolut begeistert und werde nur noch den verwenden
Bin absolut begeistert!!! Der Kolben läuft vom ersten Tag an extrem ruhig und macht jegliche Lastwechsel sowie Vollgasfahrten problemlos mit. Man merkt nicht wirklich ne Leistungssteigerung, aber der Motor nimmt das Gas besser an.
