Assembly:
Remove the left or right side cover, remove the lock, dismantle the latch hook. Screw the metal pin with nut into the Heart Box. Enlarge the hole in the side cover on the right to about 17mm, the hole in the left side cover usually fits. Insert the lock and screw on the lock nut with screw lock, tighten by hand.
Hook the bottom of the side cover and clip the lock onto the ball head. If the mechanism does not lock, then unscrew the metal pin further. If a gap remains between the Heart Box and the side cover, screw the metal pin in further. After adjusting the metal pin, lock it with the nut.
Note:
We recommend lightly greasing the ball.
Due to the conversion, access through third parties to the Heart Box is possible, no lock function!
Can also be used in other creative modifications, e.g., engine cover for Schwalbe, side panel SR4, etc.

Ist ok
Ich musste das Gewinde auf zwei Seiten runter schleifen, da mein Verschlussloch vom Tankset nicht komplett rund war. Ob alle anderen auch so sind weiß ich aber nicht. Ist aber kein großer Aufwand gewesen

PASST LEIDER NICHT
Hallo,ich hatte mir den schnellverschluss gekauft und dann gemerkt wo ich ihn einbauen wollte das er nicht in den normalen herzkasten reinpasst (zu groß vom Gewinde) sonst hat das Teil eine super Qualität

Sieht gut aus, war so wie man sich das vorstellt, endlich kann ich den Deckel schnell abnehmen und wieder anbringen ohne Probleme. Würde ich für weitere Projekte wieder bestellen👍

Edle Optik
Habe den Verschluss bei meiner S51 verbaut. Sieht meiner Meinung nach extrem gut aus und hat eine edle Optik. Der Verschluss funktioniert gut und hält den Seitendeckel schön fest. Die Qualität des Produkte ist auch extrem gut. Würde ihn definitiv wieder kaufen.

Sieht schick aus, muss aber leider nachbearbeitet werden
Der Verschluss sieht erstmal gut aus. Leider musste ich den Haltebolzen nachbearbeiten und etwas nach unten biegen. Anfangs öffnete sich der Verschluss immer selbstständig. Der Fehler war, dass eine Kugel vom Schloss aus der Vertiefung gerutscht war. Das Schloss ist geschraubt und somit könnte die Kugel wieder eingesetzt und gerettet werden. Seither keine Probleme.
