1x Quick Release - Mounting for Left or Right Side Cover - The Optical Highlight on Your Heart Box - Clever and Functional - Lock made of Aluminum - Color: Red, Anodized - Metal Pin with Ball Head and M6 Thread - Side Cover is Released at the Push of a Button - Clicks into Place Under Pressure
Assembly: Remove the left or right side cover, remove the lock, dismantle the latch hook. Screw the metal pin with nut into the Heart Box. Enlarge the hole in the side cover on the right to about 17mm, the hole in the left side cover usually fits. Insert the lock and screw on the lock nut with screw lock, tighten by hand.
Hang the side cover at the bottom and clip the lock onto the ball head. If the mechanism does not click, then unscrew the metal pin further. If a gap remains between the Heart Box and the side cover, screw the metal pin in further. After adjusting the metal pin, secure it with the nut.
Note: We recommend lightly greasing the ball. Due to the conversion, access through third parties to the Heart Box is possible, no lock function! Can also be used in other creative modifications, e.g., engine cover for Schwalbe, side panel SR4, etc.

Sieht eingebaut sehr gut aus! Man muss allerdings evtl. das Loch am Seitendeckel anpassen weil die ja meist nicht rund sind.

Naja geht so
Sieht zwar super aus, passt aber nur so lala und man muss nacharbeiten. Außerdem ist es äußerst schwierig die Schraube in den Herzkasten zu drehen. Der Knopf an sich könnte auch etwas größer sein.

Schöne Alternative zu Schloss und Schraube
Der Knopf-Verschluss hat eine schöne Farbe und alle nötigen Teile zur Befestigung sind dabei. Beim Schließen rastet der Knopf auch hörbar ein und hält den Deckel gut fest. Auch die Gefahr des Abrutschen beim Lösen der Schraube mit dem Schraubenzieher ist nicht mehr vorhanden.
