Fan cylinder head for Simson - blank - without combustion chamber contour - partly machined, candle thread and stud holes - Material: aluminum - cylinder head size is specially adapted to the Simson cylinders of the M500-M700 series and fits there exactly - none Oversize or compromises! - Stiff cylinder head construction - Long thread M14 for maximum spark plug selection - Lots of material at the bottom to allow centering of any kind - Good sealing properties - Dimensions: Approx. 125x142x65mm - Raw sealing surface candle up to underside head approx. spark plug area. This is the only way the spark plug can be maintained and achieved at all. Thus, the risk of self-ignition/ringing/engine knocking is much lower, you can drive more early ignition, which allows more torque and performance in reverse. The good mass distribution of the head ensures excellent heat dissipation to the outermost cooling fins. The combustion chamber remains thermally healthy and the cylinder charge remains cooler. This also has a positive effect on the torque and power development. Reinforcement bars on the cooling fins give additional stability and ensure pleasant noise development. The head is no louder than a standard cylinder head. A good argument when it comes to individual acceptances and entries in the vehicle documents.
