Complete set for repairing the tilting stand bearing - the repair sleeve is firmly welded to the frame - the tilting stand is then used in the conventional way by means of a bearing tube (Art. 10000740) and notch pin (Art. 10000762) on the repair sleeve mounted. Note: Fig.3 shows the positioning of the sleeve on the SR4-1 sparrow and SR4-3 STAR

Notes:
- Chrome-plated parts give the vehicle a sophisticated look. However, the chrome parts require extensive care with suitable chrome care products several times a year to ensure a lasting shiny appearance. All sponges and cloths with a rough, scratchy surface and acidic, corrosive cleaners are unsuitable.
Weather-related influences, especially the use of road salt in winter, quickly damage the chrome layer and promote rust formation.
We would like to point out that we have to handle such complaints particularly restrictively.
We recommend the use of stainless steel vehicle parts for motorbike owners who shy away from the high maintenance effort.

Neue Kippständerlagerung
Da das alte Lagerrohr etwas eingelaufen war, habe ich dieses Reparaturset gekauft. Das Rohr ist passgenau gefertigt und wird anstelle des Alten eingeschweißt. Die Hülse passt ohne großes Spiel in das Lagerrohr. Jetzt kippelt das Moped nicht mehr auf dem Ständer.

Sicherer Stand!
Habe das Set bestellt, da die KR51/2 auf dem Hauptständer sehr gewackelt hat und ich nicht wusste ob nur das Lagerrohr oder auch die eingeschweißte Hülse im Rahmen verschlissen war. Die Hülse im Rahmen war zwar nicht mehr wie neu aber mit neuem Lagerrohr wieder Okay, so dass sich der Wechsel (noch) nicht gelohnt hätte. Die Reparaturhülse liegt jetzt erstmal auf Lager. :-)

Sehr zu empfehlen
Meine Ständerlagerung war schon etwas ausgeschlagen, daher habe ich das Set gekauft. Einbau lief problemlos, Teile maßhaltig, Hülse ließ sich gut schweißen und der ständer ist nun wieder gerade und fast spielfrei, wie es sein soll!
