Repair plate frame upper belt - the rescue for your frame top belt - inexpensive alternative to a complete top strap - is used when the holder on the sheet metal of the frame upper belt has broken off - Material: stainless steel - solid design, material thickness is 3mm - Individual positioning possible Note: for the right one Position of the new tab, the frame top strap must be fine-tuned, increase the 3mm lock. So that the tab is in the original position and the seat can be mounted in the middle. Holes must be drilled in the frame top belt. The repair plate is attached with blind rivets (A4x10 DIN 7337). A 4-piece drill and a blind rivet pliers are required for this.

Das Reparaturblech passt genau an den Rahmenobergurt und ist ideal, um Rostschäden zu beheben. Das Material ist stabil und lässt sich gut anpassen und anschweißen. Die Verarbeitung ist sauber, und es gibt keine scharfen Kanten. Mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick bekommt man den Rahmen schnell wieder in Form. Für jeden, der seinen Simson-Rahmen instandsetzen will, eine sehr gute Lösung!
