Schmitt iridium spark plug - long thread candle - very thin middle electrode - ignition voltage is distributed over a small area - creates a strong and concentrated spark - leads to a clean combustion even under extreme conditions - reduced coking of the electrode - significantly longer shelf life - reduces the Fuel consumption - combustion chamber stays free of combustion residues for longer. Tip: Thanks to the packaging in a stable plastic box, it is also ideal for on the go. Note: Based on the then GDR spark plugs from Insulator, Schmitt has an Iridium spark plug with a heat value of 260 for the classic DDR vehicle models from Simson and MZ, which require a long candle thread with a tuning cylinder head. The 260 heat value corresponds to an 8er heat value, as is known from NGK spark plugs. The 260 Schmitt candle can therefore also be used in all vehicles that require an 8 Series heat value of NGK and have a long 14 thread. Eine absolute Top-Zündkerze für meine Simson! Dank der Iridium-Technologie bietet sie eine deutlich stärkere und stabilere Zündfunkenbildung, was sich positiv auf das Startverhalten und die Leistung auswirkt. Der Motor läuft sauberer, hat eine bessere Gasannahme und verbrennt das Gemisch effizienter. Die Verarbeitung ist erstklassig, und die Langlebigkeit spricht für sich – kein Verrußen oder schnelle Abnutzung wie bei Standardkerzen. Besonders bei leistungsgesteigerten Motoren macht sich der Unterschied deutlich bemerkbar.
