Schmitt crankshaft "Sportfreund" - newly defined standard - manufactured using the manufactory process, balanced & precisely manufactured - crankshaft with 44mm stroke and 85mm connecting rods - designed for standard to medium tuning engines - reinforced press bandage between Lifting pin and lifting disc - significantly stiffer and more speed-resistant - noticeably smoother and easy-to-revive - reinforced, lowered connecting rod - silver-plated needle bearing and thrust washers Technical data: - Balance factor: 64% at Ø38mm piston, 59% for Ø41mm piston, 52% for Ø45mm piston - weight: 1380g - connecting rod: 85mm - stroke: 44mm Note: the installation of the fiddly washers on the piston pin. With this crankshaft, special attention was paid to the accuracy of fit of the ignition cone in the original ratio of 1:5. This means that inaccuracies in the assembly of modern flywheels are no longer an issue. Running deviation and bearing seat fit also correspond to the most modern measurement and production standards and are not comparable to crankshafts from large series production.
