Cauta-site seal kit for M53/2- engine type for Simson S50, Schwalbe KR51/1 - Material: Cautasit AF400 - AF 400 is an asbestos-free sealing material based on aramid fibers - Material thickness: 0.5mm - Kautasit product properties: - Compressibility/compression 7-14% - springback below 50% - Gas permeability below 0.05 mg/(s*m) - Temperature resistance up to 250C° - Oil, petrol and acid resistant - Leaky & dripping engines are a thing of the past with cautality - high fit - production according to newly created construction drawing, no comparison to other seals - quality, which already became theirs in GDR times has demonstrated excellent properties - no comparison to paper or cardboard seals included in the set: - clutch cover gasket 0.5mm - engine center gasket 0.5mm - gasket for sealing cap crankshaft 0.5mm - gasket for sealing cap output shaft 0.5mm - Seal for sealing cap Clutch cover 0.5mm - Foot seal 0.5mm Note: With the introduction of the S50 in 1975 and the associated engine type M53/2, the KR51/1 also received the new version without rubber bearing on the engine suspension. With a certain transition period, however, the motor housing type M53/1 were also installed. This gasket kit includes the engine center gasket for the M53/2 (two undamped rear engine mounts). Note: Before you buy the gasket, please check which engine is installed in your vehicle. This gasket is suitable for the M53/2 motor and fits all S50 and KR 51/1 from the year of construction 1975. It is important that you make sure that it is compatible with your model, this saves us and you the conversion of the product. We have provided you with a photo on the article to help you so that you can better identify the seal. This way you can make sure it fits your vehicle. Motor housing/clutch cover not included

M53 Dichtsatz aus Kautasit
ich verbaue prinzipiell nur Kautasitdichtungen. Hab noch nie Probleme damit gehabt. Passform und Qualität sind super, allerdings sieht man das auch am hohen Preis. Aber das ist es mir wert.
- Meine Tipps
- Wer mit Dichtmasse an der Mitteldichtung arbeitet (was ich auch tue) reicht der 0,5mm Dichtungsatz zu.

Sehr passgenau!
Dieses Set ist wirklich sehr genau gefertigt und alle enthaltenen Dichtungen passen genau wie es sein soll. Das sind die besten Dichtungen für eine Motorinstandsetzung. Ich kann es empfehlen und würde es auch immer wieder selbst kaufen.

Super Abdichtung der Motorenhälfte
Diese Dichtungen sind selbst ohne Dichtmasse super dicht. Bisher konnte ich keine Undichtigkeiten an den Bauteilen erkennen

der Dichtungssatz gefällt mir sehr gut. Er ist passgenau, dichtet sauber ab und auch der Preis ist okay.

- Wenn man sie nicht einklebt, kann man sie sogar wiederverwenden (z.B. Kupplungsdeckel)

Dichtungssatz aus Kautasit Motortyp M53/2 - für Simson S50
Tausend mal besser als der Standard Dichtungssatz. Der Dichtungssatz aus Kautasit Motortyp M53/2 für meine Simson S50 hat den Motor richtig gut abgedichtet.
