Set: cylinder with piston - cylinder set for blower-cooled three-speed engine - all-aluminum cylinder with extremely hard NPC coating - optimal heat dissipation and high thermal load capacity - lower weight than cylinder with retracted gray cast iron sleeve - high mileage Due to NPC-coated tread - significantly reduced friction and short run-in time - original timing and performance values - no tuning, therefore allowed in road traffic! - Standard cylinder heads can be used - Identification with brand ML-MEGU, displacement, maximum speed and article number in cast aluminum or stamped

Enorme Kompression und hervorragende Laufruhe
Dieses Zylinderset hat mich auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Der Guss des Zylinders ist sehr sauber und alle Kanalkanten im Inneren waren ab Werk bereits ordentlich entgratet, sodass man keine Angst vor Kolbenringschäden haben muss. Der Kolben passt perfekt zur Zylinderlaufbahn und die Kolbenringe haben genau das richtige Stoßspiel. Nach dem fachgerechten Einbau sprang der Motor sofort an. Er baut eine spürbar kräftige Kompression auf, läuft im Standgas absolut sauber und nimmt das Gas sehr direkt an. Ein erstklassiges Set für den originalen Motor.
- Meine Tipps
- Das A und O für eine lange Lebensdauer ist das richtige Einfahren: Gönne dem Motor auf den ersten 200 bis 300 Kilometern ein fetteres Gemisch von 1:33, vermeide extreme Drehzahlen sowie lange Vollgasfahrten und lass den Motor zwischendurch immer mal wieder abkühlen.

Also ich habe mir den Zylinder gekauft in der Ansicht das der nicht die beste Qualität haben wird aber Pustekuchen der geht und läuft so geschmeidig zieht auch gut durch
